“Inclusive designs” is an architectural design firm based in Kozhikode, Kerala , headed by Architect Samith Purackandy. It was his passion for Sustainable and inclusive architecture that evolved into this design studio.

We believe in working in a diverse portfolio, ranging from hotel to residences. This keeps our passion alive and we have successfully completed   projects of diverse nature and scale, also experienced in working interstate and outside India.

The quality of spaces have a strong influence on the quality of life. Our design style keeps people at the heart of design process. We focus on designing the space to the diversity and uniqueness of each individual who inhabits the space.

The Principal architect Samith Purackandy holds architectural degree from college of Engineering Trivandrum, one of the reputed architectural colleges in India. He has practised architecture for more than 20 years, worked with leading MNCs based in Bangalore and Calicut , And also with Architectural firms based in Bahrain, Qatar and UAE. His main interest is in taking sustainable and Inclusive architecture hand in hand.

This design studio follows sustainable urban designs, which brings nature close to us in homes, workplaces, offices, schools and clinics.
